Dragon Dictate 3 is a multifunction food tracker that allows users to create meal plans, track their food intake, and analyze their nutrition. Overall it is a solid program, although some aspects of it could be more intuitive or better explained. While Dragon Dictate 3 seemed to work well enough in Vista, it proved balky in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 7, and we could not get it to open in a 64-bit edition of the operating system. Add in an unintuitive process and poor design, and it hardly adds up to our first choice for handling CSV Dragon Dictate 3. Since it's free, it's worth a look, though; if you need something specific in a CSV tool, Dragon Dictate 3 might have it, if you don't mind its other issues.
